The rate includes all utilities, premium internet, and 24-hour secure access, with each private space being fully lockable.
Membership is offered on a six-month term, providing access to a dedicated meeting room, printing services, an on-site coffee shop, and a sophisticated client lounge. Reserved parking is also included. The setting is well-suited for creative design, therapeutic practices, architecture, legal and accounting services, conveyancing, financial advisory, and digital marketing. Currently, only three private offices and one consulting room are available.
